Import Duty – IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Depending on which country you’re based in, you may be charged an import duty by the postal carrier before you can receive your parcel. This charge is entirely dependent on the value of the goods ordered and the threshold of your country.

At this time, WALK London cannot pre-pay import duty and the customer is responsible for paying this charge to receive their goods. We cannot mark down the value of any packages nor give a speculative import charge. WALK London is constantly improving it's experience for our international customers and we hope to help customers avoid this charge in the near future.
