Terms of Service

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of your order and shipment details. If you place your order before 11AM, it will be processed the same day and dispatched. We begin to process orders at 11AM Monday - Friday. Ensure you order before this time if your order is time sensitive. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

 

United Kingdom

Currently we offer the below delivery methods for shipping within the United Kingdom:

  • FREE Standard delivery on all UK shipping (3-5 working days)
  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Excluding Weekends): £10

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We will contact you immediately if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your online order from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and make a full refund up until the time of despatch. 

International

Currently we offer the below delivery method for countries outside of the UK:

  • FREE Standard delivery (7+ days)

We are constantly striving to improve our service for International deliveries and hope to improve our International orders. Please bare with us. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

 

Depending on which country you’re based in, you may be charged an import duty by the postal carrier before you can receive your parcel. This charge is entirely dependent on the value of the goods ordered and the threshold of your country.

At this time, WALK London cannot pre-pay import duty and the customer is responsible for paying this charge to receive their goods. We cannot mark down the value of any packages nor give a speculative import charge. WALK London is constantly improving it's experience for our international customers and we hope to help customers avoid this charge in the near future

 

RETURNS

 

At WALK London, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please email info@walklondonshoes.co.uk with the following information:

  • Full Name:
  • Full Address:
  • Order Number: 
  • Reason for Return/Exchange:

We will then send you the relevant details in order to proceed with the return. Please note, all return requests must be received within 14 days of receipt of your product.

Upon return, the item must be complete with its' original packaging. We regret that any items returned that are not in a resalable condition or that have been worn (including any marking to the soles), would be declined for refund and returned to you. All returns will be inspected and refunds sent within 30 days of our receipt and acceptance. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with your returns. Goods remain the customers responsibility until they have reached our warehouse.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our customer care team via email at info@walklondonshoes.co.uk with the above bullet points, including which size you would like to change to. As soon as we receive your email we can proceed with the exchange.  Please note, all exchange requests must be received within 14 days of purchase. Goods can only be exchanged if they have not be worn and are in new condition. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS

 

WALK London are happy to accept returns or exchange goods from customers both in and outside of the European Union. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods using a secure postal service and the cost that is associated with it. We are unable to assist with the cost of sending a return or exchange back to us.

Customers outside the European Union must ensure that the postal service used is aware that you are returning goods and that the package has zero value. WALK London will not take responsibility for any import charges addressed to the company and will return these shipments to sender. Once received, we will issue a refund or exchange within three to five working days. You will not be charged additional shipping for exchanged goods.

CARE

 

At WALK London, we hope that you will care for your shoes as much as we do. The best option to keep your WALK London range clean and looking sharp, is to use a suitable leather/suede protector. These are widely available on the internet however we would suggest searching for a leather protector specifically for leather/suede/waxy suede leathers depending on your style of product.

 

CARD PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

 

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not store or see any card information on our system. All card transactions are processed using Stripe.

TAX CHARGES

 

All sterling prices include VAT. Please see above regarding Import duties outside of the EU.


PRIVACY

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is only used to process your order unless you opt-in for mailing.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and its expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others nor will we use your information to share with outside companies. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us. We will post any changes to our privacy policy on this page.
