Returns + Exchanges


At WALK London, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please email with the following information:

  • Full Address:

  • Order Number: 

  • Reason for Return/Exchange:

We will then send you the relevant details in order to proceed with the return. Please note, all return requests must be received within 14 days of receipt of your product.

Upon return, the item must be complete with its' original packaging. We regret that any items returned that are not in a resalable condition or that have been worn (including any marking to the soles), would be declined for refund and returned to you. All returns will be inspected and refunds sent within 30 days of our receipt and acceptance. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with your returns. Goods remain the customers responsibility until they have reached our warehouse.


Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our customer care team via email at with the above bullet points, including which size you would like to change to. As soon as we receive your email we can proceed with the exchange.  Please note, all exchange requests must be received within 14 days of purchase. Goods can only be exchanged if they have not be worn and are in new condition. 

Return/Exchange Terms

WALK London are happy to accept returns or exchange goods from customers both in and outside of the European Union. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods using a secure postal service and the cost that is associated with it. We are unable to assist with the cost of sending a return or exchange back to us.

Customers outside the European Union must ensure that the postal service used is aware that you are returning goods and that the package has zero value. WALK London will not take responsibility for any import charges addressed to the company and will return these shipments to sender. Once received, we will issue a refund or exchange within three to five working days. You will not be charged additional shipping for exchanged goods.
